I felt compelled to help you out in your search for the Best Pho in Melbourne. <BR/><BR/>Of all the phos I've tried, this is the most authentically Vietnamese I've found (and I've had the real stuff on the streets of Vietnam).<BR/><BR/>The place is called 'Saigon Pho', 73A Nicholson St, Footscray, next to Little Saigon Market. Ph: 9689 8806. It's just a humble pho shop -- they don't sell much else -- and it's absolutely delicious, every time. The people who run it are lovely, too.
