I eat there regularly. I must have developed a steel-lined stomach by now :) The dumpling recipe seems to change every now and then. Sometimes deep-fried, sometimes pan-fried, sometimes bigger or smaller. I love it and am not worried about the hygiene, probably because the food is always piping hot when it gets to the table.
